Constitution

A constitution is a system for government, often codified as a written document, that establishes the rules and principles of an autonomous political entity. In the case of countries, this term refers specifically to a national constitution defining the fundamental political principles, and establishing the structure, procedures, powers and duties, of a government.

Preamble

We, the sovereign Filipino people, imploring the aid of Almighty God, in order to build a just and humane society and establish a Government that shall embody our ideals and aspirations, promote the common good, conserve and develop our patrimony and secure to ourselves and our posterity the blessings of independence and democracy under the rule of law and a regime of truth, justice, freedom, love, equality, and peace, do ordain and promulgate this Constitution.

Codes of Conduct

1. I am a Filipino Soldier .I will support anddefend the constitution of the Republic of the Philippines.
2. I am a Filipino Soldier. I will fight all forcesthat would destroy the freedom of the Filipino People.

3. I am a Filipino Soldier. I will obey the law,legal orders and decrees of my lawful superiors at all times.

4. I am a Filipino Soldier. I will fight and die in thetrue Filipino tradition of valor, honor, duty and loyalty.

To all these I pledge my life, my treasure and my sacred honor.
